Starting prices, in taka
What it costs,before you ask.
Three website packages, a rate card for everything else, and what moves the number. Every figure is a starting price for the scope written beside it — we send a fixed written scope after the first conversation, and it does not move afterwards without you agreeing to it.

02 — Everything else
Starting priceScoped per project. The typical range is where most work of that kind lands, not a cap — a two-branch point of sale and a twelve-branch one are not the same build.

03 — What moves the number
Four things account for most of the difference between a starting price and a real one. We would rather you knew which ones apply to you before we quote.
- Integrations with systems we do not control
- A payment gateway, a courier API, an existing ERP. The work is not the integration, it is the failure modes — what happens when the other side is down, slow, or returns something it has never returned before.
- Regulatory or audit requirements
- VAT handling, an audit trail that has to survive a dispute, data residency. These change the design, not the surface, so they are scoped in from the start rather than added later.
- Migrating existing data
- Moving records out of spreadsheets or an old system is usually the least predictable part of a build, because the data is never as clean as anyone remembers. We scope it separately after seeing a sample.
- How much is already decided
- A build with the screens and the rules settled costs less than one where we are working both out with you. Neither is wrong. It is just a different amount of work.
04 — Questions we get asked
- Why not just quote one number?
- Because we would be guessing. Two business websites can differ by three times depending on how many pages, how much of the content exists, and what has to connect to what. A starting price with the scope written beside it tells you more than a firm number for work nobody has looked at yet.
- How is it billed?
- Website packages are half to start and half at launch. Larger builds are split into phases, each with a written exit state, and billed as each phase closes — you can stop between phases and keep everything built so far.
- Who owns the code?
- You do, in full, from the first commit. It is pushed to your repository, not ours. There is no licence, no hosting lock, and nothing you have to keep paying us for in order to keep running what you paid for.
- What if we want to move to another team?
- You can. The handover documentation is written during the build rather than at the end, and the deployment pipeline is one you can run without us. We would rather be replaceable than depended on.
- Do you work with clients outside Bangladesh?
- Yes. We are in Dhaka (UTC+6) and work across European and Asian hours comfortably; US Eastern mornings work, US Pacific is a stretch that we handle asynchronously rather than pretend otherwise. Prices are quoted in taka and settled in your currency.
- Can you work in Bangla?
- Both languages, and not as a translation layer bolted on at the end. Bilingual labelling, Bangla text handling and mixed-script input are designed in from the start — you can see it working throughout Nexora AI.
- How do we start?
- A conversation about what you are trying to make true, not a demo. If it is something we should build we send a written scope with phases, prices and exit states before any money moves. If it is not, we say so.
- What do you not do?
- Anything we cannot stand behind. We do not take on work where the timeline only closes if nothing goes wrong, and we do not put a figure on this site that we have not measured — which is why you will not find a project count or a star rating here.
Not sure which of these you need? Describe the problem and we will tell you — including if the answer is that you do not need us.
